Pulsar International (Pulsar) Iridium Certus Maritime plans use the Iridium Mobile Satellite Network. Satellite reception limitations and some exclusion zones apply. Visit https://www.pulsarbeyond.com/iridiumcoverage to view a coverage map. An Iridium Certus terminal is required to access the Pulsar Iridium Certus Maritime service. A Maritime Mobile Security Identity (MMSI) must be provided upon provision of the service. All plans have a minimum contract term and change of plan is not allowed during the contract term. All calls are charged in 60 second increments unless otherwise stated. Any stated minute charges are to band 1 countries only (which includes the United States). Calls to higher bands may be at higher rates. Pulsar may apply call barring where fraudulent use is suspected, there is a breach of the Pulsar Incoming Calls Fair Use Policy or for credit control purposes. Data is charged in 1KB increments and minimum data session is 1KB. The VSAT Companion Service is to be used only as a secondary complementary service and only when integrated with an associated VSAT service provided by Pulsar. A Dynamic Shared Group (DSG) allows pooling of the monthly data allowance to all services in the DSG. A DSG must consist of a minimum of five services. All services in a single DSG must be activated on the same single common plan AND may consist of a mix of devices from Iridium Certus® 200, Iridium Certus® 700 applicable Service Class where allowable. There must be at least one 700 class terminal in the DSG when mixing with 200 class terminals in the same DSG. Services in a DSG inherit the attributes (data speed, usage allowance) of the plan the DSG is based on. A Grace Period of 3 months is provided to achieve the minimum 5 services for a DSG, thereafter the minimum monthly fee will be equivalent to 5 services in the DSG. Maritime Dual Sim Static Shared Group (SSG) requires exactly two SIMs/terminals on the same vessel. SSG is available to devices from Certus 700 service classes only. An SSG can only be activated on the plans listed in the table above. Changes to SSG plans require 30 days advance notice and take effect on the next billing cycle. Subscribers can only activate on Maritime Dual SIM SSG pooling, or Iridium Certus Maritime Annual Plans or Iridium Certus® Maritime VSAT Monthly Plan at any one time, not in combination. Both SSG and DSG pooling will incur a 10% premium on monthly access fee and data overage. Prices are in USD excluding tax and are subject to change. Minimum cost for standard monthly plan is monthly access fee x contract term. Minimum cost for DSG plan is DSG monthly access fee per service x number of services x contract term. You will receive a bill by email from Pulsar listing any payments you have made during the billing period, and a summary of your service usage to enable you to keep track of your overall service usage and monthly spend. You may receive a pro-rata access fee charge on your first Pulsar bill, calculated from the actual date of service connection to the date of your first bill. Itemized billed and unbilled service usage is available in the secure Selfcare website at www.pulsarbeyond.com/selfcare. An itemized bill listing all of your service usage events is available on request. You may elect to receive a paper bill by post for an additional fee. Pulsar plans are available to credit approved customers only.

Note: Although the iridium Network provides truly global service, use of the service may be prohibited or restricted in certain countries. iridium complies with US. embargo restrictions and as such is prohibited from providing products and service to the following countries: Taliban controlled Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan. Certain other countries may have laws which prohibit or restrict the use of Satellite Telecommunication services in those countries. The use of Satellite Telecommunications sen/ices is specifically prohibited in India without a permit. The use of Satellite Telecommunications devices or services may be prohibited, restricted or unlicensed in other countries. Since this is beyond Pulsar's control and regulations may change without notice, Pulsar recommends checking with the local consulate for the country you will be travelling to if you are unsure.
